🔍 Quick Context

I’m very online in the least cool way possible. Stanford CS/AI BS/MS, Big Tech engineering, HBS MBA blah blah blah but I promise I’m not that boring?

I apply what I’ve learned to the resale market. Here’s how it works:

1. The same handbag in the same condition is often listed at wildly different prices across platforms.

2. I look at recent sold comps (same brand, model, size, material, and condition) to calculate a true market baseline. Like a Zestimate for a given handbag.

3. Then I stack today’s live listings against that number. If the spread is meaningful → that listing is underpriced.
